America’s Best Nursing Homes 2027

America’s Best Nursing Homes 2027 highlights 1,325 of the nation’s top nursing homes out of 14,693 analyzed. The evaluation is based on the following four pillars: performance data, peer recommendations, accreditations and satisfaction. Nursing homes in all U.S. states, plus the District of Columbia, were considered in the study. Included are single branches of nursing homes with at least 50 certified beds, which are not part of the Specialty Focus Facility (SFF) program.
